Ranch Land Turning Into Neighborhoods
Drive Narcoossee Road or US-192 east of downtown St. Cloud and you see the change in real time: fenced cattle pasture on one side, a new subdivision going up on the other. Much of that open land is a patchwork of improved pasture, pine flatwoods, palmetto thickets and wet hammocks with cypress and bay trees. Before a builder can pour a slab, it has to be opened up, and before a family can move onto five acres, they usually need a driveway, a cleared pad and room for a septic system.
This is the heart of what we do in St. Cloud. Our forestry mulching equipment grinds palmetto and brush in place, leaving a layer of mulch that holds the sandy soil instead of piles that need burning. Where full removal is needed, our wheel loader and log grapple pull out trees and stumps for complete land clearing, followed by site preparation for the slab, barn or pole building.
Getting In: Driveways and Pasture Roads
Low spots on St. Cloud acreage hold water for weeks during the summer rainy season. A truck that drives across them once in July can sink to the axles. We build and grade access roads that follow the high ground, clear a wide enough path for delivery trucks and well drillers, and shape the surface so rain runs off instead of pooling. Ranchers also call us to reopen fence lines and cattle trails that palmetto and wax myrtle have swallowed.

Tree Care for In-Town Homes
Around East Lake Toho
The older streets near the lakefront and downtown have mature live oaks and laurel oaks, plus tall slash pines. We raise canopies over roofs and driveways, remove dead wood, and take down trees that have rotted or split. Homes on the water often have cypress and sabal palms that need periodic cleanup.
In newer subdivisions
Builders often leave a few pines standing on each lot. Once the grading changes around them, many decline within a few years. When a pine starts dropping limbs or turns brown at the top, a planned tree removal is far safer than waiting for the next thunderstorm. We finish with stump grinding so the yard is ready for sod.
Serving St. Cloud and the Surrounding Osceola Area
Our crews work St. Cloud, Harmony-area acreage and the rural roads toward Holopaw, and we often combine trips with jobs in Kissimmee and southeast Orlando. Hours run 6 AM to 10 PM, every day of the week.
